Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist-owned home health company based in Los Angeles seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with improving ADLs, functional mobility, and safety awareness
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active California OTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Current physical exam and TB test
• Professional liability insurance
• Business license
