It takes a village, and for more than 2,000 families across Central Kentucky, Marshall has become part of that village. Pam Marshall, OTR/L, founded the practice and owns and runs it with her husband, Jim.

We work by five values, love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage, and you feel them in how we treat each other and our families. What the work looks like You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses.

You’ll work under one roof with speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve the hard cases together.

Parents are encouraged to be part of the session, and home carryover is part of every plan. When you join Marshall, our admin and billing teams handle the referrals and scheduling for you, so you have more time for direct patient care and for your own professional growth.
