Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

• Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field.

• Active Colorado license or currently pursuing licensure (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, SWC, LMFT, MFTC, etc.).

• Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical practice standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $57.5K - $75.5K
