  • Contacts prescriber on any problems and completes any required clinical documentation.
  • Supervise and serve as a resource person for pharmacy staff, manage the Pharmacy in the absence of the Director, Pharmacy Staff Development Supervisor, and Clinical Coordinator.
  • Provide drug information to health care professionals, patients, and the public 4.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Indiana. Hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
