Key Responsibilities

Contacts prescriber on any problems and completes any required clinical documentation.

Supervise and serve as a resource person for pharmacy staff, manage the Pharmacy in the absence of the Director, Pharmacy Staff Development Supervisor, and Clinical Coordinator.

Provide drug information to health care professionals, patients, and the public 4.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Indiana. Hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
