Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and enter medication orders and prescriptions, assessing for indications, allergies, duplications, dosages, and interactions.

• Contacts prescriber on any problems and completes any required clinical documentation.

• Supervise and serve as a resource person for pharmacy staff, manage the Pharmacy in the absence of the Director, Pharmacy Staff Development Supervisor, and Clinical Coordinator.

• Provide drug information to health care professionals, patients, and the public 4.
