Clinical Director - Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Director administers all aspects of the Behavioral Health program delivery in assigned areas, leading the onsite treatment team and monitoring documentation quality assurance. Key duties include administrative supervision, crisis management participation, overseeing releases of information, and working with HR on recruitment and retention.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Wyoming and ideally possess three years of experience in a comparable quality/health improvement role within a managed care or provider setting. Required competencies include knowledge of planning, budgeting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in clinical treatment practices and ethical responsibilities.
