Join Briya Public Charter School as a Behavioral Health Patient Care Navigator I in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet & welcome patients, visitors, and others to Mary’s Center.
  • Facilitate a positive and efficient office environment by modeling professional performance and conduct.
  • Communicate pertinent information to participants and Behavioral Health clinic team members.
  • Adhere to all Mary’s Center’s confidentiality & HIPAA policies.

Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit; frequently required to reach with hands and arms, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear; must be able to lift objects up to twenty
