About the Role
Join Briya Public Charter School as a Behavioral Health Patient Care Navigator I in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet & welcome patients, visitors, and others to Mary’s Center.
- Facilitate a positive and efficient office environment by modeling professional performance and conduct.
- Communicate pertinent information to participants and Behavioral Health clinic team members.
- Adhere to all Mary’s Center’s confidentiality & HIPAA policies.
Requirements
- Regularly required to sit; frequently required to reach with hands and arms, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear; must be able to lift objects up to twenty
- five (25) pounds. Work Environment – Mostly in a typical office with quiet to moderate noise level. The
