Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides medically necessary speech therapy services addressing deficits in speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia. This role requires performing formal and informal diagnostic assessments, implementing treatment programs, and maintaining required written documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide care for the served population, including visual acuity and effective communication abilities. Required credentials include CCC-SLP from ASHA or active completion of a supervised clinical fellowship year, along with an active state license to practice.
