Key Responsibilities
The therapist provides patient-centered therapy interventions and develops collaborative treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record and coordinating care within the treatment team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess the appropriate licensure or be eligible for practice as a mental health therapist. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating sensitivity to patient diversity.
