  • 60-minute psychiatric evaluations with flexible follow-up lengths
  • Collaborative 220+ in-house therapist network
  • Optional involvement in clinical research through our Clinical Research Outcomes Center (CROC)

  • Strong operational and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary of $140k- $155k: with final offer determined by years of clinical experience and experience relevant to our care model.
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability benefits

  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Paid CME and ongoing professional development
  • And more!

Your Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose and treat mental health conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response
  • Provide integrative psychiatric care, incorporating medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as clinically appropriate
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies to support their care
  • Collaborate closely with therapists and other clinicians to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards
  • Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas with an unencumbered DEA number.
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post–board certification clinical experience practicing as a PMHNP (this is not an entry-level or new graduate role).
  • Demonstrated experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • clinical exposure to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) required
  • Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach
