The physical therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop and reassess treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care in assisted living settings. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess a current, unrestricted state license. Additionally, applicants must have current CPR certification and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring patients.
