Senior Care Therapist
Quality Moments is seeking a compassionate, client-centered and reflective professional to join our Clinical Team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults within community and long-term care settings.

Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist
Must be 21 years of age
Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.
Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults.
Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA.
Prior experience with individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
Ability to travel within Cleveland and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults in community and long-term care settings through assessment and therapeutic interventions. Manage treatment plans and case management services while maintaining professional ethical standards and documentation.
Requirements
Must be a licensed mental health professional such as an LSW or LPC with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with aging or vulnerable populations is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
