About the Role
Join Thomas Allen Inc. as a Community Living Counselor – On-Call, $18-$20/hr in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with supervisor as needed in West St. Paul to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist individuals with meal preparation and daily living activities.
- Maintain up
- date knowledge of each individual's service plan and demonstrate competency in all required areas of service provision.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. to assist individuals as needed.
- Willingness to commit to and implement person
- centered supports that promote independence and autonomy.
- Must be mature, polite, competent, and possess excellent team
