Key Responsibilities

• Performs the important task of educating patients about preventative care, wellness activities and prescribed treatments.

• Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non- professional medical staff, and students.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner AZ License 2.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) 3.

• Possess a valid BLS certification 4.

• Possess a valid DEA license and Board Certification (ANCC) 5.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $115K - $129K
