Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine for an outpatient position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. This position provides comprehensive primary care across two nearby outpatient locations with flexible 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts and a choice of 3, 4 or 5-day workweek schedules.

Compensation
- Base Salary Starting At $225,000 For A 36-Hour Workweek
- $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Quarterly Quality Bonus Of Up To $20,000 Annually

- Ability To Practice At Both Fitchburg And Leominster Outpatient Locations REQUIRED
