Psychiatrist $150,000 Program: ACT Team Location: New Castle County ( Wilmington, DE) Status: Full-Time - 40 hours Schedule: M-F 8a-4p ABOUT THE ROLE The Psychiatrist serves as the clinical lead on the ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team at Conexio Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and follow‑up appointments.

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including ongoing reviews.

• Deliver face‑to‑face clinical services (evaluations, therapy, home visits).

• Provide crisis intervention, emergency response, and on‑call coverage.

Requirements

• Legally authorized psychiatric prescriber in Delaware.

• Active licensure and required certifications.

• Meet background check requirements.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
