Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and provides therapeutic support services including crisis management and psychosocial groups. They also assist with data management, record maintenance, and the operation of telepsychiatry services within the correctional facility.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Social Science and possess active CPR/AED certification. Two or more years of experience in activities programming for patients with serious mental illness is preferred.
