Opportunity for CRNA to join care team model at nonprofit Christiana Care, Union Hospital based in Elkton, MD. Licensed for 75 beds, this innovative facility combines the latest technology and a supportive atmosphere to offer advanced, effective care for treating and preventing disease.

Case Assignments & Schedule
- Schedule: 8's and 10's
- General surgery, urology, and endo
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
