Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73118Position Type: Full TimeRemote Nurse Practitioner We are seeking a dedicated, sharp, and autonomous Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team for overnight on-call coverage.
In this role, you will provide critical clinical decision-making and cross-coverage support from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
You will serve as the first contact for floor nurses, handling acute changes in patient conditions, managing admissions, and ensuring patient safety throughout the night—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.
Qualifications Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience in inpatient care, acute care, or hospital medicine recommended. Must be Acute care trained.
Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a secure, private remote workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations. High proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e. g., Epic) and telehealth platforms. Exceptional communication, triage, and independent clinical decision-making skills under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Provide overnight on-call clinical support and decision-making for floor nurses. Manage acute changes in patient conditions and oversee admissions to ensure patient safety.
Requirements
Requires an active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license with acute care training. A minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience in inpatient or acute care settings is recommended.
