Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Director oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services and effective communication among BCBAs and RBTs. They are responsible for supervising staff, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing professional mentorship to the clinical team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree, an active BCBA certification, and a Virginia LBA license. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed BCBA is required, along with a valid driver's license and clean background screenings.
