Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Therapist will provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based modalities and conduct comprehensive intake assessments to formulate diagnoses. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field and possess an active LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT license. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are required, along with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
