Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree obtained prior to 2016, along with a current Physical Therapist license in Indiana. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is also required, with advanced certifications potentially needed based on unit specialty.
