Position Overview

A growing, privately held healthcare organization is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its expanding integrative mental health practice in Minnesota.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to provide direct clinical care while helping build and shape an expanding psychiatric service. The Psychiatrist will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment approaches and support comprehensive, whole-person care.

The position offers significant autonomy and long-term growth potential. There may also be an opportunity for an established psychiatrist to transition an existing practice into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated, whole-person care.
• Participate in case consultations and coordinate treatment approaches with other providers.
• Help develop and expand the organization's psychiatric services.
• Establish clinical processes, protocols, and best practices as the service grows.
• Support a client-centered approach to mental health and wellness.
• Potentially develop and lead a growing psychiatric team as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatrist who is licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in Minnesota.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in integrative, collaborative, and whole-person mental healthcare.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
