Pharmacist, Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for supervising and executing all aspects of medication preparation and dispensing while ensuring efficient and accurate distribution throughout the hospital. This role also involves serving as a drug information specialist and continuously monitoring patient drug therapy to accept responsibility for patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of pharmacy with a Pharm.D. degree and hold a current California Pharmacist registration. Required certifications include current BLS and ACLS Heartsaver Certification from the American Heart Association.
