Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing comprehensive discharge planning. They also contribute to departmental goals, oversee rehab staff, and ensure clinical documentation complies with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky or Indiana. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
