Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs and develop personalized rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, and independence within the home setting. They are responsible for coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, documenting patient progress, and supervising therapy assistants and aides.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
