As a PRN Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll support safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication therapy that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens our clinical teams.

What You’ll Do
- Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
- Dispense and distribute medications
- Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
- Interpret lab results and patient charts
- Share drug info with hospital teams
- Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
- Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
- Document clinical interventions
- PharmD or B. S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred)
- Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
- 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for verifying medication orders for safety, dispensing medications, and monitoring patient therapy. They also oversee sterile compounding, interpret lab results, and provide clinical information to hospital teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy and possess an active Indiana Pharmacist or Pharmacy Intern license. A minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience or completion of a residency is required.
