THE JOB The Youth & Family Therapist is part of CenterPointe’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) expansion and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to youth and families. As a clinical member of a multidisciplinary outpatient team, you will provide therapy, complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and respond to crisis situations. In this role, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adolescents Complete comprehensive assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans within established timelines Maintain an active caseload while meeting service and documentation expectations Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team Maintain compliance with agency training, licensure, and documentation standards THE COMPANY For more than 50 years, CenterPointe has been a leader in providing holistic, person-centered care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. The Youth & Family Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They also respond to crisis situations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and possess LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in Nebraska. Experience working with co-occurring and complex diagnoses is required, along with a valid driver's license.
