The nurse practitioner provides consultation in palliative care, symptom management, and supportive care for seriously ill patients and their families. They work as part of an interdisciplinary group to implement and manage the patient's plan of care.
Requirements
The candidate must be a qualified nurse practitioner capable of working within an interdisciplinary team. They are expected to demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to hospice care standards.
