The RN Educator & Infection Preventionist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing staff education programs and clinical orientation. Additionally, they oversee the hospital-wide Infection Control Plan, monitor for outbreaks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold a current state or compact state RN license and possess at least an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. A minimum of 2 years of bedside RN experience and demonstrated experience in directing educational activities for clinical personnel are required.
