Licensed Bilingual Social Worker- Pay Per Visit
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments to determine social, emotional, and environmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Provide counseling and support services to diverse populations
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to coordinate care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable)
- Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
