Licensed Bilingual Social Worker- Pay Per Visit

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments to determine social, emotional, and environmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
  • Provide counseling and support services to diverse populations
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to coordinate care
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable)
  • Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
