St. Luke's Health System is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team in beautiful McCall, Idaho. This full-time outpatient opportunity offers exceptional work-life balance with a 4- or 5-day workweek, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an underserved mountain community.
The ideal candidate will enjoy treating adult patients with a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, mood, personality, and psychotic disorders. The practice is entirely outpatient with a light, nurse-triaged call schedule, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System

Key Responsibilities
