Clinical Therapist - FSP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, community-based mental health services to children and families as part of a multidisciplinary Full Service Partnership (FSP) team.

• Conduct intakes and comprehensive clinical assessments, including diagnosis, and develop and implement individualized, strength-based treatment plans.

• Actively engage caregivers and natural supports in treatment, identifying and addressing barriers to participation.

• Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and collaborate with internal team members (e. g., case managers, rehab staff, psychiatry) and external partners including schools, DMH, DCFS, and other service providers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

• Experience working with children and adolescents with intensive needs.

• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.

• Knowledge of evidence-based child and family interventions relevant to families served in the community mental health settings.

• Salary: $72K - $87K
