Pay: $25.00–$36.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Licensed Dental Assistants: $30–$36/hour
- Unlicensed Dental Assistants with required radiology certification: $25–$30/hour

We're an established, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality dentistry in a friendly, supportive environment. As we expand our office hours to include Fridays, we're looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented assistant who enjoys helping patients and making a difference.
We're happy to consider both Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistants (LDAs) and Unlicensed Dental Assistants with the required Minnesota dental radiology certification.
While we'd love to find someone interested in a full-time schedule, we're also open to flexible or part-time arrangements for the right candidate!
Schedule & Availability
Our Office Hours Are
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday availability from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM is required.
Morning availability Monday through Thursday is a priority. We're flexible regarding the number of weekdays and afternoon hours for the right candidate.

What You'll Do
- Assist dentists with general and restorative dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and support efficient patient flow.
- Take diagnostic dental radiographs in accordance with Minnesota requirements.
- Follow sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during their visits.
- Assist with patient education and treatment coordination.
- Work collaboratively with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative team.
- Perform clinical duties appropriate to your licensure, training, and qualifications.
What We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential OR qualifications to work as an unlicensed dental assistant with current dental radiology certification recognized by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred; new grads welcome!
- General dentistry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support teammates.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental practice.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required.
