Join Avita Health System as a Outpatient Staff Pharmacist – PRN in Ohio in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will be casual/PRN pharmacist position in our outpatient/retail pharmacy locations in Ontario and Crestline, Ohio.

Requirements

Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in the State of Ohio.

Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree of equivalent.

Current BLS, immunization provider certifications. Casual/PRN Pharmacy Hours are 8am

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with Avita Health System in United States.
