Job Description

Home Health

Westchester County

Preferred Certified Home Care, part of the Valence Care family of home healthcare agencies, is actively seeking compassionate and motivated Fee-for-Service (FFS) Physical Therapists to provide home visits in Westchester County.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist focused on servicing adult and pediatric Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) cases. IDD includes lifelong conditions such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and cognitive delays. Prior experience or a strong interest in IDD care is highly preferred.

While this experience is preferred rather than required, it's a great fit for our patient population. Many visits take place after 3:00 PM, making it an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking afternoon and early evening hours.

Preferred Certified strives to provide exceptional care to our patients, while supporting their independence and promoting a better quality of life. We offer paid orientation and competitive pay. The ideal candidates will have homecare experience working for a CHHA and be responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the personnel service agreement.
