Position Title, Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: 4313 S Pleasant Crossing Blvd., Rogers, Arkansas 72758
Schedule: PRN, days

How you’ll contribute
* Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
* Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional
ability
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term
wellness
* Document progress clearly and accurately in patient records
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support coordinated care
and discharge planning
* Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed
What we’re looking for
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to build rapport with patients
* Previous experience in a rehab setting (preferred but not required)
* Current, active PT license
* CPR certification

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions while developing personalized treatment plans to improve functional ability. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current, active PT license. CPR certification is required, and previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
