Key Responsibilities
- Behave in a manner that supports the agency's mission and follows personnel policies and procedures.
- Complete service assessments and develop Family Centered Case Plans (FCCP)with the DHS and family; conducts screens, and assessments; provides individual, conjoint, or family counseling to include clinical therapy for up to 12 months.
- Maintain effective working relationships with funders, collaborators, state agencies, and other providers.
- Ensure coordinated care and services are aligned with the DHS Family Service Plan and on target for completion.

Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or human services with at least two years of experience. Must have experience working with trauma and child abuse, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass multiple background checks.
