About the Role
Join Unity House of Troy as a Mental Health Therapist – Crisis Residence, Sign-On Bonus in United States. Sign-On Bonus may apply We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care to individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Salary posted for fully licensed applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and oversight to direct care staff, ensuring effective crisis intervention and trauma

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC (higher salary range for fully licensed candidates)
- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic interventions
- Experience with evidence
