Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and re-evaluations for outpatient populations.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in alignment with physician orders and hospital protocols.

• Deliver and adapt therapeutic interventions based on patient progress and clinical needs via telehealth.

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Required.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT or DPT required).

• Current Physical Therapist license (multi-state licensure preferred).

• 1–2 years of outpatient or hospital-based clinical experience.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $74,693 - $112,091

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
