About the Role

Join Medical Associates as a NP/PA – Family Medicine, 4-Day Week in [object Object]. Medical Associates Clinic is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team located in our Cascade and Dyersville locations. This a 4 day workweek position!

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient education to promote wellness and support disease management process.

Complete all other assigned projects and duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills: Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
