About the Role

Join Crawford Memorial Hospital as a Physical Therapist – Hospital, Weekend Rotation in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Performs an appropriate assessment on all patients as related to physician order; interprets results within scope of licensure.

Designs treatment programs for patients of varying degrees/types of disabilities and multiple medical problems in accordance with accepted practice patterns and physician orders.

Formulates realistic and appropriate short and long term treatment goals for patients. Includes patient/family in development of the plan of care.

Observes and evaluates treatment effect, recommending changes to physician as necessary.

Requirements

Current Professional Licensure Required Certification/Licensure Requirements

Current IL Physical Therapist License Required

Valid Driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance Required

BLS Required

Salary: $87K - $109K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
