Key Responsibilities

The Lead Counselor supports clinical and administrative service delivery by acting as a working role model and clinical resource for counseling staff, consistently upholding the organization's vision and values. Key duties involve maintaining caseloads, auditing documentation, supporting treatment planning, and providing direct oversight and mentorship to counselors.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, including at least one year in substance use treatment. Pennsylvania licensure or certification is preferred.
