Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with care teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and coach staff are required.
