Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating resident needs and developing effective, efficient treatment plans to ensure high-quality rehabilitation care. They must also manage clinical documentation, maintain accurate billing records, and collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of operations. Previous experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with healthcare regulatory guidelines are preferred.
