Job Description
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition services across three assisted living communities. This is a part-time opportunity requiring approximately 4 hours per location, twice per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sanitation audits
- Complete test trays as required
Provide And/or Participate in In-service Education Sessions
Perform clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessments and documentation, as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Pre-Employment Requirements
- Criminal background check
- TB screening
- Drug screening
