Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of remote Nurse Practitioners across multiple locations and states
- Hire, train, and monitor clinical staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Conduct regular 1:1s, staff meetings, mentorship sessions, and annual performance reviews
- Lead NP onboarding, ramp, and ongoing professional development programs
Requirements
- Lead competency validation and skills assessment processes for the NP team
- Drive consistency in care delivery through structured training and standardized clinical education Scheduling & Operations Management
- Release monthly provider schedules 30
- 60 days in advance, ensuring adequate coverage across all states
