Our Weekend Baylor RNs provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home, helping patients maintain independence while receiving high-quality, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

care Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (including OASIS)

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
