Additionally, TLC collaborates with school districts, universities, hospitals, police departments, and nonprofit organizations, offering consultation services to secure federal and state grant funding Position Summary: The BCBA Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a clinic-based setting.

This role is responsible for supervising BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical staff; ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery; and overseeing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

The Clinical Supervisor ensures treatment effectiveness, staff competency, and compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Skills & Knowledge: Clinical Oversight Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.

Review functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure evidence-based practices are implemented consistently. Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and behavior challenges.

Ensure treatment fidelity and client progress through regular case reviews. Conduct reassessments and adjust treatment protocols as necessary. Supervision & Staff Development Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Ensure supervision requirements meet Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards. Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote professional growth. Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations. Lead staff trainings, clinical meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Support staff with crisis management and problem-solving strategies. Program Management & Quality Assurance Maintain quality assurance standards across clinical programs. Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure adherence to BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies.

Monitor caseload distribution and service delivery efficiency. Assist with program development and clinical process improvements. Caregiver & Interdisciplinary Collaboration Provide caregiver training and consultation. Collaborate with families, educators, and allied professionals (OT, SLP, psychologists, etc.).

Participate in treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary coordination. Administrative

Assist with authorizations, treatment justifications, and insurance documentation. Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff. Participate in strategic planning and operational meetings. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Education and Experience: · Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. · Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. · Minimum 3–5 years of ABA clinical experience. · Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in ABA services. · Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. · Experience supervising BCBAs or managing clinical teams. · Experience in clinic-based or multi-site ABA programs. · Knowledge of insurance-based ABA service delivery and authorization processes. · Training in staff mentorship or leadership development.
