- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting

- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must hold an active Georgia medical license and be Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Candidates must possess a valid DEA registration and be authorized to work in the United States.
