Key Responsibilities
The provider will deliver comprehensive, quality medical care and coordination services to patients within the scope of their licensure. They will report to the Medical Director and work collaboratively within an integrated primary care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts MD, DO, NP, or PA license, along with DEA and MA Controlled Substance registrations. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, though new providers are encouraged to apply.
